Claiming shipping insurance

Oh no, so something broke :(

We always pack our parcels to the highest possible standard but it is inevitable that sometimes somewhere along the route shit might go wrong.

Are you insured?

Internationally: As standard, we ship with Austrian Post International Paket Light. This insures your order up to 100 euros automatically. If you added extra insurance at checkout, you are insured up to 500 euros.

Domestic (Austria): If you added insurance at checkout, you will be insured up to 500 euros.

Time is of the essence!

You only have 7 days upon receipt of your order to claim insurance.

Steps

We, as the sender, cannot claim insurance for your order however you can - here’s how! The Austrian post is working on translating their entire website into English, but this section is unfortunately still only available in German. You can translate the following pages on your browser (e.g. on Google chrome right click and choose “translate to English”) OR you can use the images and translations we have attached to guide you :)

  1. Register with Austrian Post - they need your info to reimburse you and stay in contact

2. Follow this link to file a claims report and log in when prompted

3. Follow the prompts to log your damage report
